SHS Researchers: Advanced Literature Searching using Health databases

This session is for Masters and PhD students, researchers and academics from the School of Health Sciences who are about to begin a literature search for their dissertation/systematic review. In this session we shall cover how to search databases available from the EBSCOhost and Ovid Online platforms. This will include:

  • Subject Heading / MeSH searching
  • Keyword search techniques
  • Saving searches
