Getting the most out of online resources

This live online workshop has been designed to help you get the most out of City’s online resources while studying at home.

The session will cover:

  • Finding and accessing different types of online resources via CityLibrary Search
  • Navigating the Databases and Journals A-Z Lists
  • Your Subject Guide and how to contact your Subject Librarian
  • Extra online resources which have been made temporarily available to you
  • How to report an issue with one of our resources or get help

This will be followed by a chance for you to ask questions to our experienced team of Subject and Research Librarians.

How do I attend?

When you register we'll send you an email with a link to join the workshop in Microsoft Teams. You'll also get a reminder an hour before the start time.

The Microsoft Teams application enable us to make voice calls, video calls and screen sharing. To use Microsoft Teams application, you will need:

  • a computer
  • a reliable internet connection and
  • quiet space at the time of the workshop
