This workshop will introduce School of Health & Psychological Sciences students to searching databases for journal articles using the EBSCOhost and Ovid platforms.
The session will cover:
- Accessing and selecting databases on the EBSCOhost and Ovid platforms
- Carrying out a structured and focused keyword search
- Applying search limiters
- Saving search results.

All students new to carrying out a structured search.

- a computer
- a reliable internet connection and
- quiet space at the time of the workshop.
